Mrs. Irine Andrews is the Joint Director of MiBo and specialist in remedial education and student counselling. Professionally she is qualified with B-Ed. in special education and MSW in psychiatric social work. She is highly experienced in managing learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, hyperactivity, slow learning, autism, intellectual disabilities and other major and minor childhood disorders. She is a licensed special educator from rehabilitation council of India. (RCI- Govt. of India)

She is well-known for initiating an organization for the rehabilitation of mentally affected (ORMA) to rehabilitate abandoned children and adults with psychological and psychiatric disorders. She has also conducted many seminars, workshops and training programmes for students, teachers and parents at different parts of India.
